Many agencies hand you a contract and wish you luck. We believe that's not support, it's abandonment with paperwork. OneSquad's mission is to give every agent the tools, training and real support they need to build their own financial freedom: a clear, digital onboarding process, ongoing product and sales training, and a team structure where there's always someone above you available to help.

At the same time, every policy we place protects a family. That's the other half of the job, and the reason we take every partner's preparation seriously.

Our story

Built from real experience

OneSquad was born from the combination of two worlds: digital marketing and the insurance industry. Our founder saw firsthand how agents are recruited in this industry — big promises, little follow-up — and also how good marketing can put the right person in front of the right opportunity.

That's where the idea came from: build an agency with the mission of changing how insurance agents are recruited and supported. Digital processes that don't waste your weeks, commissions explained with no runaround, and a team that actually responds. We're a young organization and we say it with pride: we'd rather grow with you than make up a story we haven't lived.
